Lantern Ghost Tours

Was a fantastic experience for my 8 and 12 year olds as well as the adults. Suitably informative and scary but not too much. Wazza knows a lot of history of the area and touches base with the locals to keep updated about any changes to paranormal activity. Was a lovely evening, full of history, anecdotes and humour. A great way to experience Sydney, whether you're a local or a visitor.

Despite the (strangely) mixed reviews, my partner and I had an amazing time with Lantern ghost tours. Although no sightings of the paranormal (not sure if that’s unfortunate or not 😂), you can definitely feel the history and the energy around you during the tour. Sydney is so spectacular, but learning about the gruesome details of its history is intriguing as much as it is ominous and tragic. Our guide was so passionate in her story telling, you could tell she cared deeply about the city’s history. There’s also great opportunities to see great views of the city’s iconic architecture. We learned a lot and it’s definitely worth the while!

Talk about atmosphere- a dark, rainy foggy evening following our wonderful tour guide Laurens lantern ahead in the mist. Lauren was an absolute perfect guide in every way - she was knowledgeable, passionate about the area/history/stories and delivered every piece of info loudly, clearly and like it was the first time she'd ever told the tale making you hang on every word. You could tell she was a 100% believer in the "other world" (as I am) which made it all the more authentic. Despite the pouring rain she didn't skip a beat and kept us all together safely. We enjoyed the tour. (Ps. I got a strange face in a picture taken on the pylon under the harbour bridge). Thanks Lauren - you deserve an Oscar!

My partner and I done the tour on Friday night and we really enjoyed the experience the stories, the dark side of the rocks. Taken to places you wouldn’t know that existed. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the tour…. Thankyou…
