I highly recommend this for anyone visiting Sydney who wants to have a getaway wildlife experience and see the scenery of the Southern highlands. Our giude Steve was knowledge and very accomidating. The van was luxurious. At our request, we made an extra stop to go swimming in a local river with a rope swing! The trip visited several areas where certain wildlife is locally abundant. We strolled through a mixed forest and saw Crimson and Eastern Rosella as well as a Bower Bird. We watched emus (including a father with two chicks) from a country road in open ranchland. Grey Kangaroos and wallabies abounded in another area. The picnic lunch was excellent and the historic pub had delicious dinner. In the evening we walked along the river waiting for the platapus. She did not appear on that night, but seeing the water dragons, cookoo-shrike, and the concert of kookaburras and parakeets laughing and shreaking at sunset was one of my favourite Australia memories. In the night we found adorable posums and sugar gliders in the nearby trees with spotlights. Well done!

We had an awesome tour. It was very well organised, everything was taken care of and the guide knew exactly where to spot, was always thinking ahead and made sure, that we are happy and got everything we asked for! We would definitely recommend the experience!

We had a wonderful time on the Sydney Wildlife Tour. Emma was a fantastic guide and helped us to spot emus, wallabies, kangaroos, wombats, a variety of birds, and even a platypus. She also provided interesting commentary and facts about the animals and birds throughout the day. An amazing experience from start to finish!

The Sydney Wildlife Safari tour of the Southern Highlands exceeded all expectations that my wife and I had. It was magical. Our guide, Steve, seemed a master at knowing where and what time-of-day to find wildlife, and was a wealth of knowledge on interesting facts and habits of the wildlife, and local history. We observed kangaroos (and joeys), red-necked wallabies (and joeys), ring-tailed opossum, and wombat. And we were not expecting to see (and hear – wow!) such a variety of the most colorful and cool birds, including Crimson Rosella, Eastern Rosella, Masked Lapwing, Yellow-Tail black cockatoo, Sulfur-crested white cockatoo, Noisy Miner, Galah, Kookaburra, and King Parrot. The night tour, using red-tinted spotlights, was a perfect add-on to the day that followed the hearty dinner at the historic pub. Steve was the perfect host, relaxed and a great conversationalist throughout the day/dinner, plus he was a great driver. We took our safari at the start of our 10-day trip, but it remained the high point for us, a very high value, we could not provide a higher recommendation.
