Ananas returns to The Rocks – one of Sydney's first premium French brasseries, revived for a new era.

Set within the historic sandstone walls of the Argyle Stores on Argyle Street, just steps from Sydney Harbour, the 100-seat restaurant carries an unmistakable sense of occasion. It is a place to linger over long lunches, gather for dinner, or pause at the bar with a glass of Champagne as the evening settles in.

The menu honours the spirit of the classic French brasserie, revisiting much-loved signatures while moving with the seasons, guided by a deep respect for French technique and produce. At the entrance, a dedicated bar pours Champagne, stirs timeless cocktails and presents chilled seafood – a prelude to dinner or a destination in its own right.

Ananas – French for 'pineapple' – has long been a symbol of hospitality and abundance. Distinctly French and thoughtfully reimagined, Ananas once again finds its home in The Rocks.
