Glass Terrace Bungalow
These spacious, airy, open-plan bungalows are almost totally enclosed in glass, allowing uninterrupted views of the stunning rainforest through floor-to-ceiling windows. Sliding glass doors open to a large covered deck allowing inside and outside to become one with expansive old-growth rainforest and romantic mountain views. Prepare your favourite barbecue meal, then sit back, relax and enjoy the remarkable serenity of the rainforest. Stunning new marble bathrooms lead to a private deck featuring an outdoor shower. Now you can shower completely 'au natural' with the rainforest surrounding you. A double-sided fireplace provides luxurious warmth for both the living area and the bedroom.
Creekside Spa Cabin
The Creekside Spa Cabins are set amongst the trees, close to the creek. These highly sought-after, traditional cottage-style cabins have a cosy, romantic feel with exposed timber beams. A separate bedroom with a king-sized bed adjoins the en suite with its large double spa bath with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the rainforest. Served by a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area adjoins a spacious but intimate lounge that opens onto a private covered deck. Set in a dense rainforest, these intimate cabins create an idyllic romantic setting for you and your partner. Listen to the sound of the flowing creek as you wine and dine by candlelight. Rainforest Canopy Bungalow
Enter these bungalows through the spacious, thoroughly equipped kitchen with a full-sized oven. Wander through to the living/dining room with its cosy fireplace and marvel at the high oak-lined, curved ceiling sweeping over both levels of this open split-level design. Expansive windows provide tranquil views of the rainforest. A large covered deck is equipped with barbecue, table setting and lounge chairs where you can enjoy a book or simply lay back, relax and absorb the surrounding beauty. Up the stairs to the mezzanine level is the bedroom with a king-sized double bed. Its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pristine rainforest are continued in the en suite bathroom which, has a walk-in shower and a large sunken spa bath.
Luxury Rainforest Lodge
Escape to the ultimate indulgence in a Luxury Rainforest. Amazingly open yet extremely private, the Lodge is over 300 metres from the nearest bungalow. The ultimate in rainforest luxury, Its amazing marble spa bathroom with floor-to-ceiling glass windows integrates the stunning beauty of the rainforest with the indulgence of a double spa. A cosy, romantic double-sided fireplace screens the bedroom from the generous living area, while reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps you comfortable all year round. Built into the deck is a private heated plunge pool.
Luxury Mountain View Lodge
Higher in the Retreat, each Luxury Mountain View Lodge presents a breathtaking aspect to the surrounding landscape, magically combining lofty mountain ridges on high with tropical valleys of genuine old-growth rainforest and stoic trees that have stood for centuries. The beginning and close of each day are imbued with the epic, aeons-old mystery of an ancient forest. Including the deck, the floor space of the architect-designed open plan is over 150 square metres. A cosy, romantic double-sided fireplace screens the bedroom from the generous living area, with a big clear skylight (with block-out blind) above the bed for stargazing. Reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps you comfortable all year round. In the bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows integrate the stunning beauty of the rainforest with the indulgence of the luxury double solid marble bath or freestanding spa bath. Recycled French oak floorboards add a glamorous patina throughout. The private plunge pools with wet edges on three sides. When the sun is shining the solar-heated pool will be warm for all but the four coldest months of the year. In winter, when our environmental responsibility takes precedence, you can indulge inside with the cosy warmth of the double-sided fireplace. Each lodge accommodates one couple only.
