Berowra Waters Cottage

Berowra Waters Cottage is a 'water access only' property, located right sown on the water, that offers two bedrooms with its own private pontoon and swing mooring.

There are stunning views from the living room, kitchen and bedrooms and is suitable for either two couples or a family.

There are two kayaks and a stand up paddle board available to explore the river as well as access to a motorised tinny (no boat licence required) and fishing rods.

Boat transfers to and from the property are included in the price as well as items for a continental breakfast each morning.
