Ingenia Holidays Middle Rock

We had a fantastic stay at Ingenia Holiday Park Middle Rock. The service was great, and the location is perfect; a short drive from plenty of activities and close to the beach. It was a nice, quiet and relaxing holiday, exactly what we were looking for. The staff were friendly, upbeat and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The park has excellent facilities, including a water park, playgrounds for kids, and a convenient on-site cafe. We stayed in a spa cabin and absolutely loved it. The shower had amazing water pressure, the beds were very comfortable and the cabin was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend Ingenia Middle Rock for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingenia Middle Rock. Staff at the reception was lovely and everyone working here was amazing! I originally booked a studio cabin but was upgraded to a two bedder cabin- thank you! Best part was the Pool, My Kids can’t get enough of the heated one. I just wish there is a playground inside tho otherwise it’s all good! We are definitely coming back!

We absolutely loved our 1 night stay in the Studio Cabin (perfect for couples or families as there is a double bed and a bunk bed)! The cabin was so cosy and had everything we needed! We didn't expect the kitchen to have pans, cutting boards and so many kitchen utensils, so very grateful for that when making breakfast in the morning. The cabin also had a small tv and cd player (we brought our own cd movies with us to watch in the evening - definitely recommend)! The bathroom was very clean and had no issues with the shower - shampoo, conditioner and soap was provided, along with towels! The cabin was very clean as well, I couldn't fault it! The site was incredible, we used the bbq facilities and the pool, both were clean and great to use. The pool also had some pool balls to play with and a volleyball net over the pool! Oh - you also have a parking spot for your car right next to your cabin (as you can see in my photo) - very handy for bringing in bags easily into the cabin. Definitely a site that we will return to, cosy and convenient, made the stay feel truely relaxing! Thank you Ingenia!

Pros: - grassy shady unpowered sites. - dog friendly - easy access into Fingal bay/shoal bay if you can’t get a stay in town. - wifi access - bar, cafe, pool for kids, - shower water hot with good pressure - big screen TV with tables and chairs to watch cricket or telly - activities like food trucks, wildlife shows, wine tasting pop up in the park - customer service from the front desk ladies is 10/10 - I couldn’t not fault them as they were friendly and supportive Cons: - camp kitchen only has 1 sink, so you end up lining up for a while. - bathrooms constantly dirty and full of sand due to high number of foot traffic (not cleaners fault)- just so many people at this park that you can’t possibly keep amenities clean - noise at night is not addressed. Text messages to campers is not enough to stop kids, and people screaming and partying at midnight. Security needs to actually walk around and address this. - very long walk to beach through bush Put it simply: this is a party caravan park which is far too large for the current amenities available. Whilst it is great for kids, we Probably wouldn’t stay again if we could get a park closer to the beaches/bays
