We booked last minute through Blue Card> Expedia and were lucky to get number 20 deluxe waterfront cabin. Arriving before checkin and we were kindly allowed access. This park is by far the cleanest , well presented and accessible places we have been to. The room was spottless, spacious and located close to everything you need. So much for the kids to do and see. We went in off peak season in earlyJune and watched dolphins play in the beach were we swam. We will be back for sure Nambucca. Thanks Ingenia.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Ingenia Holidays Nambucca Heads! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We arrived quite late at night to find that someone else had accidentally set up on our powered site. Despite the late hour, the staff went absolutely above and beyond to sort everything out and make sure we were comfortable. They upgraded us to an ensuite site without any fuss, which was incredibly appreciated. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating and the customer service was simply fantastic. It’s not often you experience that level of care, especially late at night. We would highly recommend Ingenia Holidays Nambucca Heads and will definitely be back! 👏🏼

We had an amazing stay at the park. We stayed on a powered site, so we can't comment on the rooms. However our "room"/site was amazing. We had the cool ocean breeze coming off the V wall. Close to the most amazing amenities we have seen for a camp ground. 5 star showers and bathrooms. So close to the break wall, the hidden gems behind the camp site and the coffee van at Shelly. beach.

Beautiful location wish we could spend more time there. We stayed 1 night in a budget cabin. Had everything we needed except the air con heater didnt work so that made for a very chilly night 😅

We recently stayed here for four nights in a premium powered site. The site itself was very spacious and well presented, and the park looked tidy and well maintained. The facilities, especially the bathrooms, were wonderful — always clean, very spacious, and clearly well looked after. The only downside for us was the laundry. It felt quite outdated and was a bit confusing to use, as some machines take $2 coins and others take $1 coins, with only some of them labelled. I had to go to the pub three separate times to get the right change, which was a little frustrating. In the end I spent around $18 trying to wash and dry one load, and even after running the dryer twice my clothes were still not completely dry. The park is dog friendly, and they even give you little dog treats at check-in, which I thought was a really cute touch. We had originally hoped to stay in one of the waterfront cabins, but unfortunately they aren’t dog friendly, which was a little disappointing. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Next time I’ll just know what to expect when it comes to the laundry
