My first impression was that the place felt unwelcoming. The rooms looked tired and run-down, and it seemed like little effort had been made to maintain or improve the property. The overall appearance reminded me of public housing rather than a motel. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a positive aspect of my stay. However, I found the management to be less approachable and not particularly welcoming. In my opinion, if you're running a hospitality business, a friendly attitude and a smile can make a big difference to the guest experience.

Good value accommodation, not too far from the town centre. Quiet area, but still close enough to get to shops and other amenities in town. The rooms are cozy but very clean. Well supplied towels and toiletries. Warm bedding, which is good in the cold nights. The heater was efficient and warmed the room quite quickly and wasn't needed for long. The staff go above and beyond to ensure their guests are looked after.

I had a really nice stay. The staff were lovely and easy to talk to and the daily room cleaning was awesome. The bed was really comfy and clean. The bathroom was also really good great utilities. Overall a nice stay i enjoyed my time. I would recommend if youre looking for an affordable and comfortable stay

Great rooms, very comfortable beds. Everything you need. The service was fantastic, sadly the location isn't great and it's hard to get a cab.

Beautiful facility with great huge rooms. We took the one with a double bunker bed for the kids and it was all super clean and tidy. The doorstep parking with chairs outside was just what we needed for the breakfast in the morning. Thanks for having us, we will surely come back!
