Had a fantastic stay at Merivale Motel in Tumut for an office tour (16-17 March). The reception team was super helpful and supportive - kudos to them! - Arranged late check-in no hassle when I called about a delay. - Sent all details via message for easy reference - made my stay so smooth. - Location is awesome: right near all the restaurants and places in Tumut. - Room was big and decent with all required amenities. - Free high-speed internet - stayed connected! - Free parking made it even better. - Perfect for families or with kids - comfortable accommodation. Would definitely stay again. Great service, great stay. 5/5 stars - highly recommend for Tumut!" 😊

Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a well-stocked kitchenette. The location was excellent, tucked away in a quiet area —everything we needed was within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

I had a room booked but cancelled it well in advance of the booked date and booked another motel in Tumut. While checking my bank statement I noticed the Merrival had deducted the room rate of $165. As I was in Tumut I walked to the Merrivale, reception wasn't opened I phoned the number on the door explained the situation to a gentleman and was told the money would be refunded to me in a day or so. I waited still no refund, phoned the Merrival spoke to Shelley explained what had happen, Shelley assured me she would do the refund at 3pm, which she did, and the money was back in my account a day later. It's unfortunate the owner hasn't the customer service skills of his staff, maybe you could take some lessons from Shelley. Great customer service Shelley. Thanks Steve
