Great location and variety of indoor and outdoor seating. If you have come to soak up the seaside atmosphere then the music might detract from that but it is not too intrusive. Nice coffee and friendly staff

The Boathouse Balmoral Beach is one of those hidden gems that only locals and those in the know tend to visit. Located near the stunning Balmoral Beach, it offers breathtaking views that truly enhance the dining experience. The interior is stylish and reminiscent of the chic vibes you find in Manly, but with a spacious layout that feels open and inviting rather than crowded. When we visited, we chose to sit outside, enjoying our meal with the beautiful beach right in front of us. The combination of the fresh sea breeze, the calming sound of the waves, and the tasteful décor made for a truly memorable outing. Whether you're after a relaxed brunch or a leisurely lunch, this place delivers both on atmosphere and quality. It’s definitely a spot I’d recommend if you want to experience great food alongside one of the best coastal views in the area.

We come to this restaurant often because it's a beautiful area. The food has always been good. The service is ok, staff are always pleasant. What lets it down is the loud music. It would be so much nicer to just listen to the waves whilst enjoying our meal.
