One of my faves - love how it’s a natural bath created by the surrounding rocks - so cool to swim in the safety of the pool, yet be surrounded by the crashing waves of the ocean. Next time will bring goggles to see what aquatic life I can spy!

A good length (around 55m) for a proper swim, but you'll be swimming with the waves. Depth varies greatly with the tide. The water can be deep. Accessibility Access is via steep stairs from Dunningham Reserve (near the Bali Memorial archway). Not wheelchair or pram accessible. Uneven, sometimes slippery rocks make entry and exit challenging for those with mobility issues or small children. Best Tide Mid to High Tide is best for a deep, fun swim with crashing waves. Low tide can be a little shallow. Strong swells can make conditions tricky and potentially dangerous. Use caution and assess the conditions before entering. No lifeguard on duty. Facilities Very basic. There are no changerooms or toilets directly at the pool.
