Tasman Holiday Parks - Moama on the Murray

My partner and I stayed for 7 nights in a one bedroom Premium Villa and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was quite hot when we arrived, so we really appreciated walking into a cool, air-conditioned space. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited to the two of us. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic… a real highlight after a day out. We also made great use of the pool area and tennis court, and loved the short stroll down to the secluded spot by the river. We highly recommend staying here and are already looking forward to returning. Thank you for such a lovely and relaxing stay!

Had a beautiful family holiday here last week. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable. Very easy to manage a family and everything we needed was available. Marnie who welcomed us in reception gave a thorough explanation of the park and made my kids feel special. Fantastic facilities for a wide range of ages. My kids and I lived in the two pools onsite. The park was quiet, BBQ's well maintained and plenty of wildlife around to make it a very special experience for my children. It's a spot we look forward to returning to in the future.

We have been going to this resort for 7 years straight, and the last 2 years have been nothing short of dissappointing. When we first started out there was a farm, daily activities for the kids, clean apartments.....during covid, we supported, after the floods we went back and supported. Since tasman have taken over, the place has gone down hill...dirty rooms, limited cutlery, no activities, and you guessed it, price hikes. I feel for the people that work there. 7 families we go up with and when we ask to accommodate us they wouldnt. Not even an email if we wanted to return....once tasman hook you in, they forget about you .....if you are new you will be treated well.... Oh well, no return for these 7 families, great memories, hope tasman get there act together....tindarra here we come

Stayed in elevated cabin #66, 2 adults/2 children. Fantastic location and facilities around the park- we really enjoyed the location and everything the place had to offer over Melbourne Cup weekend- the solar heated lagoon pool, basketball/tennis courts, arcade room, coffee cart, the special Saturday night food vans and the adventure hunt on the buggies! The staff were very accommodating, lovely and approachable- thank you so much for your smiles and help, this next part is no reflection on the service or park! The cabin: for the price paid, the cabin needs a bit of work to be up to par (privately owned)! It had 2 split systems in each bedroom and one in the main area. We found out on day 2 that the 2 aircons in the bedrooms weren’t even connected so don’t go hunting for a remote like we did! The aircon in the main living room simply doesn’t reach the bedrooms so if it wasn’t for the staff providing a portable aircon that we could cram in the double bunked room it would of been very uncomfortable on the warm nights. Light switches need replacing- they get stuck, toilet constantly running and had to lift the cistern to “unstick” the buttons and there were ants everywhere. The whole cabin would shake any time someone walked around. These are all things I tolerated and was fine to do so- it just didn’t meet the price point when I compare it to other cabin stays I’ve had. For anyone that stayed on Halloween night that participated in trick or treating (impromptu arrangement by the guests)- your kids were lovely and so polite! My kids had fun participating in this and so did we- seeing all the costumes and handing out lollies! It was lovely to be close to town and see all the sites, plenty of options for dinner out and about. If we had another cabin I wouldn’t hesitate to come back :-)
