The Steps Barrington Campground

The Steps is an authentic camping experience with year round appeal. Although it feels like wilderness, the brand new amenities block includes hot showers, flushing toilets, disabled access and filtered river water for drinking and cooking . The campground also features fire pits at each site, two large bonfire pits plus two permanent shelters that can be hired.

Easily accessed by two wheel drive vehicles, it's suitable for camper trailers and most caravans but there are no powered sites. The bushland setting and the sound of the river flowing over the rapids will wash away your stress.

Please note, no pets are allowed due to the close proximity of native wildlife.
