BIG4 Melbourne Holiday Park

We’ve stayed here once before and enjoyed our stay but unfortunately this stay was very average. $78 a night for an unpowered site is ridiculous (we never paid that much last time and we only stayed here 12months ago), the sites are that cramped in that we couldn’t even have our car door open at the same time as the person next to us There was a family staying at the back of the park in the cabins near the unpowered area that were yelling and carrying on all night with no care in the world. Not much sleep was had that’s for sure On a positive note the bathrooms have been renovated since like time we were here and are very nice looking, good size swimming pool and close to Melbourne CBD. But get us back to free camping!

I absolutely loved my stay at BIG4 Melbourne Caravan Park! The cabin was incredibly spacious and spotless, and the amenities were honestly the cleanest I’ve experienced — and I’ve stayed at a lot of caravan parks. I arrived after hours and a staff member went out of their way to help me find my cabin, which I really appreciated. The heated pool was a hit, and the outdoor cinema is such a fantastic bonus. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed here for two nights. The camp kitchen is very good equipped and the bathrooms are in really good conditions. My daughter loved the playground, the games room and the pool. It is a fantastic site to explore Melbourne and the surrounding area. Really recommend it.

We stayed in our hired Campervan. The site is very clean and tidy and all facilities well maintained. Food shopping is walkable for a stock up of supplies. The hardest bit and most demanding was checkin. We had prebooked our visit but checkin is high tech, lengthy and personal interaction was difficult. It is the only site where we were asked for ID for our two night stay. Our credit card was already on file. Every other sure (Big 4 included) had been friendly and easy.
