We stayed at Big4 Apollo Bay Pisces for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. We originally booked a deluxe two‑bedroom cabin and checked in without any issues, spending our first night there comfortably. The following morning, however, we noticed that the maintenance team was replacing the decking a couple of cabins down from ours, which understandably created some noise. As we were travelling with a 6‑month‑old who sleeps during the day, we politely asked reception if it would be possible to move to a quieter cabin. The staff were incredibly helpful and promptly relocated us to another cabin away from the maintenance work. The new cabin was fantastic—very modern, beautifully presented, and well positioned. Beyond the cabin itself, the park is exceptionally well maintained and clean. Our 4‑year‑old daughter absolutely loved the facilities, especially the jumping castle, pool, playground, and the night light shows. We also really enjoyed starting our mornings with coffee from the van—special mention to the lovely lady who makes consistently excellent coffee. A highlight of our stay was the Saturday afternoon live music and food truck event, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and my wife loved the yoga class, with the ocean view. All of the staff at the park were friendly, welcoming, and polite, which really added to the overall experience. The location is also perfect—right across from the beach and only 1 km from the centre of Apollo Bay, with its great selection of shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this park and would happily stay again.
