Cannibal Creek wine is picked and made onsite, by hand, using traditional methods and French oak. Sit at the long jarrah bar or a table to sample the range of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sparkling Blanc de Blancs, and Vin de Liqueur.
