Koho Sauna

Amazing experience! Highly recommend doing a session here if you visit lakes entrance. The booking process was easy, staff was lovely. We booked a private session . There is just the 1 sauna so had that and the water front to ourselves. Wish we stayed longer so we could do it again!!

As a Finn I’m overjoyed to find a sauna overseas, and I can tell you Koho is the real deal! Being able to jump in for a swim just steps away (with the bonus of a sunset view) made the experience perfect. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - the only problem is that it’s so far from Melbourne! I’m already trying to work out how I can come back!

This place is awesome. Skip the Metung Hot Springs and come here instead. It’s less expensive, less crowded and you get more zen and there is actually a cold plunge! The view is beautiful. The amenities are all that you need - change rooms, bathroom, shower for when you get out of the lake. The sauna is clean. And the owners are a vibe. We loved it!

A visit here and an absolute must! We had such an incredible experience - I cannot believe how relaxed I felt afterwards and I had the best sleep! The sauna is just so beautiful with the view of the ocean and cooling off in the sea water was the best! We even had a visit by the local swan family at the end - cannot wait to do this again!
