I am a beginner and I found this trail super easy! I parked my car on Jeffreys Lane, just before the entry gates as I read that only 4WD could get past the rocky and bumpy pathway in there. Lots of butterflies, sounds of birds & bugs crawling. Also flies 🪰 I personally found it quite easy to do the walk to the summit with my walking shoes. However, you need to be very cautious walking up and down the steep hills as it’s VERY rocky and you can definitely slip! Hiking shoes would help with this problem. Spotted 2 beautiful Emu’s on my way back down. Quite far from me and I didn’t have a good enough camera to capture them.
