Silverwater Resort

Had an amazing stay at Silverwater Resort. The views overlooking the coast were absolutely beautiful, especially during sunset. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the facilities like the pool, games room, and restaurant made the experience even better. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect place for a relaxing family getaway or weekend trip near Phillip Island. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again! A special thanks to the housekeeping and cleaning team at Silverwater Resort. The room was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained throughout our stay. You can really see the hard work and attention to detail from the cleaning staff. Everything from the bathroom to the beds and common areas was perfectly clean and organised. Their effort made our stay extra comfortable and relaxing. Highly appreciated! ⭐👏

Room was tired and run down. Room 352 had mould in shower and the carpet was dirty. A room clean was requested however only the towels were changed. Toilet broke but was repaired a few hours after a had to make a second call to reception. Beds are uncomfortable. No request for a room change was offered only apologies from the polite reception. We have stayed here numerous times over the years but our stay this time it was very disappointing. The playground and trampoline and pool however was delightful. Location was great however a car is needed. We won’t be staying here again unfortunately.

Our 3 bedroom apartment needed so much maintenance done. The blinds, carpet and couch all need replacing and a coat of paint in the main area. We were told we’d have 3 king size beds but only 2. Mould and dirt on windows and tiles made them very slippery. This was our 5th time going. Mainly before covid but this year we came back but was really disappointed how much the quality had dropped. The gardens are beautiful and so well maintained. Well done to the gardener. Tammy was so lovely and helpful in the breakfast room. I dont think we’ll be back.

Check in was delayed, but overall it was a reasonable stay. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite outdated, very dusty and the tabletops were not clean. The outdoor BBQ was extremely unhygienic, so we were unable to use it, which impacted our stay. Reception advised that the apartments are privately owned, so the condition of each apartment may vary. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel the online photos accurately reflected the apartment we stayed in. It would also have been helpful if dishwashing detergent and a sponge had been provided, particularly for washing baby bottles and dishes. The washing machine also appears to need cleaning, as it left a white tissue like residue on our clothes. Aside from these issues, the apartment had enough essentials for a weekend stay and the location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions and facilities.
