I recently had the pleasure of visiting this stunning new wellness space nestled in the beautiful back streets of San Remo — and from the moment I arrived, I knew it was something special. The space is exceptional and beautifully designed to make you feel completely pampered and relaxed. It truly feels like a high-end wellness retreat that you have all to yourself (or to share with someone special). Tucked away without the hustle and bustle of traffic, it offers a peaceful escape that immediately calms you the minute you walk in. Amelia is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about how you’ve been feeling. She takes the time to listen and suggests what might suit you best — whether that’s the infrared sauna, cold plunge, massage or the vibro acoustic sound lounge. I was especially intrigued to try the magnesium float experience — and it did not disappoint. The sense of weightlessness and deep relaxation is hard to describe; you simply have to experience it. In today’s fast-paced world, this place truly feels like a sanctuary for the nervous system. I left feeling restored, and already planning my next visit.
