The Monty

Currently staying here and i'm impressed of the interior design. I thought i would be walking in a ragged, old hotel but to my surprise, room was very clean and curated in a stylish way. It is newly renovated. Everything is fresh. The area has a pool, is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Check-in was pre organized without hassle. They answer their phones promptly for queries. Well done to the team! 😊

It feels like I'm in Palm Springs! I've stayed at The Monty twice now, and both times I have had a fantastic experience. The staff are super kind and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect for a walk to the beach and local cafes. The room itself is comfortable and the vibe is so cute. I love the little things like charging cables and art selection. Can't wait to return with the Cantina is open!

We had a really nice stay here at the end of a camping trip on the GOR. The motel has had a cool makeover and is nicely styled. It felt super new and clean with a mid century modern vibe to it. The room was cosy and the bed was comfy. We checked in after hours which was smooth and there was only a bit of road noise which is to be expected near a busy road. We walked to coffee / beach in the morning as it's conveniently located near a path. Thanks Monty

cute wee motel freshly renovated- i’m a bit obssessed. only about 14 rooms total, so smaller and nostalgic in that way. gives retro american desert vibes, off a highway and planted with cacti. beautifully renovated interiors and still smells new. smart tvs, aircon and quality furniture. has a pool too. would definitely stay here again, as a 90s kid it just brings the cosy and nostalgic vibes! lovely yummy Argentinian restaurant next door too.
