Once the convent for the sisters of St. Joseph, this historic red brick building at Railway Park now houses a beautiful array of locally produced lavender products and local historical information.
Essential lavender oil distillations and talks can be arranged with prior notice.
A visit to Lavender House allows you the chance to soak up the history of the area and experience the delights of lavender.
The Bombala Visitors Centre is located next door, and the staff can assist you with all local accommodation options and attraction information.
Very lovely staff, super helpful
Really historical. Great place and kids loved it.
I was lost and wanted advise to get back to Wagga nsw. Lady assistant very helpful and patient.. Used the maps to show me where I needed to go and gave me directions town to town. Very helpful even though she had other customers to attend to. Didn't stay to browse or eat as I had a long way to travel as I was miles away from where I should have been..
Love this place. Loads of information and local knowledge. Very helpful and super friendly
Good place to stop by on our way to Bega from Jindabyne. Won't see platypus during the day. We might try in the morning.
