Vista 1 is a beautifully renovated escape perched at the top of the property—private, peaceful, and oh-so-divine. Step inside and you will find a one-bedroom apartment made for kicking back in style. The King-size bed is basically an invitation to sleep in, the living and dining area is as cozy as it is spacious with an open fire for wintery nights with the full kitchen for everything you need to whip up a platter, pour a glass, or cook something fancy. The private verandah is your front-row seat to the Yarra Ranges and rolling farmland. Morning coffee tastes better here, evening wine somehow feels classier, and don't be surprised if you catch a kangaroo hopping by the Charolais cattle, striking a pose. Explore the farm, wineries, and trails nearby. However you spend your time, you will leave with a relaxed glow. Soak in the serenity, and watch the sun do its slow dance across the valley. Their guests say they have thought of everything so all you have to do is pack a bag.

The Cottage

Two large bedrooms offer plenty of space, making this an ideal stay for families or friends. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, with bedroom 2 offering an ensuite plus a single bed with an additional roll-out. A portacot, highchair and baby bath are available, while a daybed tucked near bedroom one is perfect for an unexpected extra guest. The main bathroom includes a front-loader washing machine for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, whether inside or on the outdoor barbeque. The spacious living area is made for good times, with comfortable lounge seating for eight, a billiard table for the competitive types, a cosy wood fire, television, reverse-cycle heating and cooling, free Wi-Fi and a wireless speaker. Step outside onto the verandah and outdoor entertaining area; sweeping mountain ranges and picturesque farm views wrap you up.
