Fun Planet

Absolutely disgusted the service. Attended with mt kids who wanted rock climbing. Was told to refill cards and come back to the desk. Spent $200 to refill cards before my kids being told theu wont open rock climbing. Manager watched me refill cards with a smile then felt the need to tell my kids with a smirk bot happening. Told the rest of my family not to attend and waste there money on a such a disrespectful venue

On Tuesday I encountered such a lovely well mannered employee called Felicity. I am from Melbourne and I was told about Fun Planet. Felicity took the time to explain the best deals available. Outstanding Customer not to mention how friendly she was. Keep up the good work as it’s so rare to come across friendly staff these days.

Taliyah and Brodhe were amazing!! They gave us the best customer service and were very smiley and cheerful. would definitely recommend fun planet to any age looking for some fun. Will definitely go back 🙌

Fun Planet Shepparton is fantastic! Always a great time for the kids (and adults too). The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is clean, fun, and really well run. Highly recommend for a family day out! 😁
