Situated in the tranquil side of the Hunter Valley, with fields of lavender blending with the surrounding vineyards against a backdrop of the majestic Yellow Rock Escarpment and the Brokenback Ranges.

At the Hunter Valley Lavender farm Marianne and JR grow lavender using organic methods of farming. They combine permaculture and holistic management techniques to produce top quality lavenders without causing harm to the environment.
