Situated in quiet, tree-lined Margaret Street it’s an easy stroll to just about everything Toowoomba has to offer, including the City’s Business Centre, the ever-popular Empire Theatre, Cobb & Co Museum, St Vincent’s Hospital and the Queens Park Botanical Gardens.
They are located opposite Toowoomba Boys Grammar School, with Toowoomba Preparatory School, Fairholme College, St Josephs College and Downlands College all close by.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights and there were definitely some positives. The beds were comfortable, the location was great and the room itself was spacious with plenty of room for a family. The housekeeping staff we interacted with were also lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the room on arrival was really disappointing, especially considering we paid $553 for the stay. The mattress had multiple stains and marks, the air conditioner filters were extremely dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, there were large cobwebs and dust build-up around the ceiling/window areas, marks and damage on walls and furniture, and the couch was peeling badly. The microwave and several surfaces also looked quite worn and not properly maintained. I understand properties experience wear and tear, but basic cleanliness and maintenance should really be addressed before guests check in. It felt like the room needed a deep clean and some upkeep. Overall, the stay was okay because of the comfort, space and location, but the cleanliness let it down significantly for the price paid. Upon check out we weren’t asked how our stay was only asked “did you use the mini bar”

Stayed here for a wedding just outside of town and it was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable stay and rooms were practical with good sized bathrooms. A quality pool is also a nice touch for a motel like this. Highly recommend

Over the past 4 years we have stayed at the Comfort Grammar View Motel Toowoomba about 4 times on visits from Perth. We have always been welcomed by everyone from Joanne in Reception to the floor staff. Joanne’s local knowledge and helpful attitude instantaneously gives the impression that each individual gues is truly welcome. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and of course the location is fantastic. The on site restaurant offers a great Menu, the food is delicious and beautifully presented. I must make mention of Avril their Super Waitress - someone who genuinely welcomes you to the Restaurant with a smile that never leaves here face and delivers professional service always. We love the Comfort Grammar View Motel - it feels like our Toowoomba “Home”.

Stayed there recently during a hospital stay. Great location, super comfortable beds and pillows. Better than home. Very roomy and clean. All staff friendly and welcoming. Room sevice a big plus, and food very tasty and reasonably priced. Everything made our stay so much easier.

Excellent stay at Comfort In Grammar View during the Carnival of Flowers. Quiet and well maintained location - close to Queens Park; clean, modern room with all necessary amenities; comfortable bed for great night's sleep; great on-site restaurant with beautifully made quality food and friendly service; good pool area for hot days. Definitely would love to stay again when in town.
