Nanny Goat Hill Lookout

A beautiful lookout viewing over Cooma. We had a quick lunch stop there. It has a picnic bench right underneath the goat sculpture. No amenities, though it is very close to town.

Could do with a bin up here for the “lazy” people. But otherwise it’s a nice vantage point if you want to get a sense of orientation for Cooma. Nothing really scenic about it. Just some awesome sunsets at that time of the day. Otherwise Mt Gladstone nearby has some great scenery.

Great viewing. Amazing scenery. Good place to watch the sun go down. You might even see some wild life too.

Cool spot to see the town of Cooma from above above. Not a lot of information but its the statue of a grazing goat. Couldn’t find any other information about the place. Some rubbish left there which is not nice. You can drive up and climb a few steps to get to the platform. Didnt have to drive off main road for more than a few minutes so it was ok.
