Specialising in extended holidays, day tours and short breaks especially catering to the over 50s, Cross Country Tours and their holiday brand All Australian Journeys now offer even more memorable experiences departing from Brisbane and The Hunter. Comfortable coach holidays - see Australia with them.
There's an old line "We're here for a good time, not a long time!" On a Cross Country Tours holiday, no matter how long or short, they take a long time to ensure you have a good time.
Even a short time spent with Cross Country Tours illustrates the difference between destinations and experiences, as their team does much more than show you around Australia or the world. Their guides become your hosts, sharing their love of the people you'll meet and the places they can go together, whether enjoying a coach, rail or cruise holiday.
This is a time in life to explore Australia, not just drive around. After all, a large part of what you spend on your holiday is time, and a good holiday is time well spent with Cross Country Tours and All Australian Journeys.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable tour. Steve and Deborah looked after us so well and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Steve ensured we experienced what was important to each of us and explained the background and history of the various regions we visited. The food was excellent abd the motels we stayed in were great. We can't wait to explore our next adventure.
Wonderful tour, accommodation was first class as were all meals, with one exception. Tour guide Rod had remarkable knowledge.Hostess Lisa went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great time
My friend and I attended the newly added tour to Caloundra yesterday. We both thoroughly enjoyed the "day ". The Itinerary was well co-ordinated, with outcomes exceeding our expectations. The driver and hostess once again provided excellent service. They showed genuine interest in all participants - with care and respect. Despite some inclement weather, we were treated to enlightening visits to the Air Museum and Lighthouses. Tku for the opportunity to explore this part of SE Qld . .
Congrats to the whole team for the Christmas Cheer Mid year in Dorrigo trip To Brad & Melita who give 100%+++ to there job. We all had fun with bander & laughter along with Brad's jokes and Melita's 'What happened on this Day', they are great company along with a wonderful friendship Love you both 🤗 It was a great break with lots of different places to see and put into our memory bank. The weather could of been nicer the first couple of days but we still had a great time in the rain 🌧 Our accommodation at Dorrigo Mountain retreat put on its Autumn Winter display and we enjoyed the hospitality and food they offered.. Time to work out another trip with CCT Jan Williams
What an incredible trip. Such great hospitality by all the volunteers we encountered. Steve went out of his way to keep us topped up with diesel under difficult circumstances. Debra was always cheerful. It would have been nice to have an extra day in Thredbo as after a long day with gorgeous scenery we arrived to find the gondola closed. They told us to come back in the morning but we were long gone! Don’t really want to see another schnitzel or fried fish with chips and salad but overall the food was great. Snow was an exciting bonus for some. As always looking forward to my next adventure with Cross Country Tours
