We were very impressed by the very friendly, courteous and helpful staff who made our stay most enjoyable. Our accommodation was just perfect. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It also had everything we required for our stay. Thank you again.

Unfortunately we wouldn't stay again, supposed to be a smoke free park , our unit Stunk of smoke from from the next door neighbours in other unit , walls sound proof what a joke noise was ridiculous from next door again! The unit had no sitting area to face the ocean so was useless even getting close to the water, couldn't have windows open due to smokers, staff are lovely , thats the only plus side. But never again , came for a quiet getaway , instead got no sleep , locked in a unit that you can't open for fresh air other wise you would die lung cancer :(

The hosts the room the view all were and are simply amazing. Clean tidy well maintained and just a million dollar view all day every day. Book the beach front units you will not be disappointed. It’s not if but when we return to Mackay this is the place we will being staying at.

Had a very lovely weekend at Comfort Resort 😊 they are very well equipped for the stay. beds were really comfortable nice little patio to chill out on and nice walkway down to the beach. We had a minor issue on arrival with our room and it was sorted out straight away and another room was offered The TV worked perfectly and the kids were very happy 😊 so a big huge thank you to Carole she was amazing very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend staying here to anybody and will most differently be back.
