Cooktown, Daintree & Outback 3-Day Tour
The Cooktown, Daintree and Outback 3 Day Tour is a small group 4WD tour from Cairns or Port Douglas through the Daintree Rainforest, Cape Tribulation and historic Cooktown in Tropical North Queensland. Led by a local naturalist guide, groups of up to 13 guests travel where the World Heritage listed rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef, then follow the Bloomfield Track north to Cooktown. Day one includes a guided Kuku Yalanji cultural walk at Mossman Gorge, a one hour Daintree River cruise, lunch at the Daintree Tea House and a stop at Thornton Beach before Cape Tribulation. Day two follows the Bloomfield Track past Bloomfield Falls and Cedar Bay National Park to lunch at the Lion's Den Hotel, then on to Cooktown. Day three visits Grassy Hill, the Cooktown Museum and Archer Point Lighthouse, then returns through outback savannah and the Clohesy River rainforest boardwalk to Cairns. Cairns to Cape York 9-Day Fully Accommodated & Inclusive Tour
The Cairns to Cape York 9 Day Tour is a small group 4WD journey from Cairns to the Tip of Australia, the most northerly point of the Australian mainland. With up to six guests and a local guide, it travels through the Daintree Rainforest, Cooktown, Lakefield and Iron Range national parks and Weipa to Cape York. It runs in both directions, driving north and flying back from Horn Island, or flying north and driving back to Cairns.
