What an amazing weekend! Heritage Estate truly exceeded our expectations. The wines are simply divine, the food is absolutely outstanding, and every meal was a delight. Robert and Therese and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We're already looking forward to our next visit !
Heritage Winery in Stanthorpe never disappoints. I regularly visit to attend wine and food experiences and often bring guests along, and every experience has been fantastic. The vineyard setting is beautiful, the atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and the hospitality is always outstanding. The wines are excellent, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure coming back, and my guests always leave impressed. A true gem in the Granite Belt.
A Masterclass in Winemaking, Delivered With Heart and Extraordinary Skill There’s a reason Heritage Wines is a five‑star winery — and this weekend made that clearer than ever. Therese and Rob have built something remarkable, and the passion with which they share their knowledge is infectious. They have a gift for explaining complex ideas in a way that both complete beginners and seasoned wine lovers can appreciate, and they do it with humility, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm. A huge part of what made the experience exceptional was Gillian, their winemaker. Her skill is extraordinary — the kind that comes from deep expertise paired with a true love of the craft. She guided us through each step with clarity and patience, making the technical side of winemaking feel accessible without ever diluting its artistry. Watching her work was like watching a master at the top of her game, yet she shared everything with such generosity that you never felt out of your depth. From hand‑picking grapes to crushing, pressing, blending, and tasting, every moment was hands‑on and deeply engaging. And with around 40 incredible wines to explore, there was truly something for every palate. The luxury touches and exceptional food were the perfect complement, but what stood out most was the authenticity — the sense that we weren’t just observing winemaking, we were welcomed into it. This weekend was unforgettable. Heritage Wines has earned every one of its five stars, and after this experience, I’d happily give them more.
What a brilliant experience!! Fireside Friday dinner, 5 Senses Degustation dinner and lunch Vine and Dine….fantastic weekend. Loved every bit of the experience! Therese and Robert were wonderful hosts.
Went for a wine tasting, was able to walk in with no booking and were seated with another couple. Michael who was our host was fantastic at explaining the wines and their flavours, especially because we were quite beginner. Stayed for a couple of glasses after, there's and elegant inside room or a few nice tables outside. It's not the kind of place where you walk around the vineyards ( fair enough). Came back here on our second day.
