One Spa at RACV Royal Pines Resort, in the Gold Coast, is a stunning resort day spa resting in the centre of a peaceful green landscape. As you step through the door, you are welcomed into an inviting space that has you at a sigh in anticipation of what awaits. The fabulous state-of-the-art One Spa complex has been designed to create an intimate, tranquil environment founded on pampering, nurturing, well-being and restoration.
Exquisitely appointed, with all details considered, One Spa offers locally inspired rituals, unique water therapies, spacious treatment rooms, private change room facilities and a relaxation area that overlooks the beautiful view.
Featuring a private lounge, four dry treatment rooms, two wet treatment rooms and two couple’s rooms, One Spa is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.
One Spa is available to guests of the resort as well as the general public.

Great experience! From the moment I arrived, the spa felt like a peaceful escape. The environment is beautifully tranquil, calm lighting, soft music, and a sense of quiet that helps you unwind instantly. My massage was exceptional: professional, attentive, and perfectly tailored to what my body needed. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the soothing atmosphere, made the experience genuinely restorative. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely refreshed. I love coming to One Spa!! The hosts and therapists are all so lovely and talented at their jobs. I always come for special occasions with my partner and I like treating family and friends to a spa day when I can. Such a beautiful location and unique design. So many different things to try and treatments to have. Highly recommend adding the rejuvenation lounge to any treatment you get, or the steam shower, it's divine 🤩

Absolutely stunning spa from the moment you walk in. It’s a beautiful place with water views from the lounge and sauna. Massage was excellent. Showers and locker facilities clean and filled with everything you need. I would definitely recommend!

Heavenly! I recently went to One Spa and did the steam shower and the calm package and it was absolutely amazing. There was a bit of an issue at the start of the booking but the staff there went above and beyond to resolve it. The interior is gorgeous and light filled, the massage was incredible (Natasha was great!) and then the little treat at the relax zone at the end was also lovely. I walked out feeling 1000x better. Can't wait to come back.

One Spa is located in a beautiful setting within the grounds of the RACV Resort. The treatment rooms overlook the golf course and waterways which is nice and relaxing. I had a beautiful, relaxing facial by the lovely Brooke. There were no external noises (as I’ve found in other spas) a the room was comfortable. After the facial I was taken to the lounge area where I enjoyed a sorbet and herbal tea. I really enjoyed my experience and will be back.
