Surrounded by pristine beaches, rivers, hinterland, and national parks, the five-star RACV Noosa Resort features some of the region's largest and most modern suites and apartments.
All apartments and villas feature a lounge area, kitchen with luxury appliances and stone benchtops, laundry facilities, TV casting, Nespresso machine, and large private bathrooms. All have a balcony or terrace with outdoor seating. Some villas offer a private plunge pool or rooftop spa and exclusive, secure, undercover car parks. One-bedroom Suites are spacious and include a separate living area.

What this place offers
3 Bedroom Apartment
Extremely spacious (200 square metres) three bedroom, three bathroom fully self-contained apartments, ideal for families or groups of friends. Each apartment is decked out in smart coastal décor and features three-bedrooms, with either king or twin beds, three bathrooms (two are ensuites), and open-plan living with fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine, dining, lounge, laundry facilities, four televisions (with TV casting) and a separate living area/media room. These wonderfully spacious apartments also boast two private terraces or balconies – the perfect place to entertain and socialise with friends and family or escape for some time. Apartments are serviced weekly. Existing bedding sleeps six (maximum occupancy seven, additional charges apply). Room Only (Breakfast not included).
3 Bedroom Enclave Luxury Villa
"The Enclave" – an exclusive three bedroom luxury villa, located in a private gated precinct, within the RACV Noosa Resort. Each exquisite three bedroom residence, built over three or four levels, features a huge open plan living, ducted air conditioning, timber floors, a second lounge room, five televisions (with TV casting) and a rooftop terrace. Private lifts, heated plunge pools, two or three car garages are just a few of the little extras which elevate these Villas to exciting, new levels of luxury. Enclave Luxury Villas are extremely spacious and range in size from 437 square metres to 512 square metres (which includes balconies and rooftop terrace). The Enclave Luxury Villas are service daily. Room Only (Breakfast not included).
3 Bedroom Precinct Villa
These two-storey, fully-self-contained three-bedroom villas offer guests the added luxury of a private rooftop spa or a private courtyard heated plunge pool. The entry level includes a fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, lounge, dining area and separate living and media room. DVD's and DVD players are available for hire (free of charge). Each villa has a lock-up double garage, three TVs (with TV casting) and laundry facilities. Balconies on two levels and a rooftop terrace are ideal for entertaining or simply revelling in the balmy Noosa atmosphere. The second floor hosts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a spa bath in the ensuite. Villas are serviced weekly. Existing bedding sleeps 6 (maximum occupancy six). Room Only (Breakfast not included).
One-Bedroom Suite
Ease into holiday mode in our spacious 60-square-metre suite featuring a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a convection microwave, wide-screen TV with casting and an ensuite bathroom with shower and double basins. Each suite has a separate lounge/media room with a second wide-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities including a Nespresso machine and a mini fridge. Choose either a ground-floor apartment with a terrace or first floor with a balcony from the master bedroom for soaking up the balmy Noosa weather. While we will try our best to accommodate all requests, we are unable to guarantee a specific floor. Room is serviced daily. Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children, sharing fold out sofa bed. For longer stays, the resort highly recommends that guests choose a two or three bedroom apartment as Suites do not come equipped with a full kitchen or laundry facilities.
One-Bedroom Apartment
Relax in the modern surrounds of our self-contained One-Bedroom Apartments of 57 square metres. These apartments are neighbouring the conservation sanctuary or have internal views over the resort, including the tennis court and resort road. Each apartment boasts a master bedroom with TV, plus king-size or twin beds, a sofa bed and contemporary furnishings and neutral tones that reflect the coastal environment. The One Bedroom Apartments features an ensuite shower bathroom, separate living area with TV, microwave, kitchenette, Nespresso coffee machine, mini fridge and washer. DVD's and DVD players are available for hire (free of charge). This room type features a ground floor terrace or first floor balcony adjoined to the living area, perfect for soaking up the balmy Noosa weather. If you have a preference please note at time of reservation in "special requests". While we will try our best to accommodate all requests, we are unable to guarantee a specific floor. Room is serviced daily. Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children, sharing a double fold out sofa bed.
2 Bedroom Apartment
Relax in the contemporary surrounds of a fully self-contained Two-Bedroom Apartment with internal views of the resort, including the tennis court and resort road, or the neighbouring conservation sanctuary. The spacious two-bedroom two-bathroom apartments (121 square metres) are furnished in smart coastal décor and feature a master bedroom with a full-length mirror and ensuite shower bathroom, both the master and second bedroom feature a king bed or twin beds. The separate main bathroom has a shower/bathtub. The separate open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment boasts beautiful living and dining areas, three TVs plus an adjoining private terrace or balcony with outdoor dining setting. DVD's and DVD players are available for hire (free of charge). Apartments are serviced weekly. Existing bedding sleeps four (max occupancy five, additional charges apply). The apartments also have laundry facilities. This room type features a ground-floor terrace or first floor balcony from the master bedroom for soaking up the balmy Noosa weather. If you have a preference please note at time of reservation in "special requests". The apartments can accommodate a rollaway bed upon request for an additional cost.

This place was the best holiday destination I've ever been to games rooms was free and pool was heated with filtered water taps the staff was kind and willing to have a chat about sport buffet breakfast was on point with every thing I could want for breakfast!! There was a free bus that would leave every 30 miniutes to a bus bay with access to hastings Street and the beach. The rooms were big with more bathrooms than my actual house the shower in one room was dodgey but I made a temporary stand plenty towels and TVs and a hidden dishwasher. We were there for a rainy day but there was still heaps to do within the resort I'm not sure I can go back to camping this resort is definitely recommend for a family!! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently stayed at RACV Noosa Resort and had a fantastic experience. The resort offers excellent facilities, including a great restaurant and bar, EV charging stations, tennis courts, and a beautiful swimming pool, providing everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable home away from home. The resort grounds were also immaculate, with beautifully presented gardens and common areas that were clearly well cared for. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and family-friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend RACV Noosa Resort to anyone visiting Noosa. We look forward to returning in the future.

Unfortunately, our stay at this resort was a massive let-down from the very beginning. We paid good money expecting a proper resort experience, but sadly, it fell well short of what we expected. To start with, we weren't even given a designated car park. We were simply told to drive around and find one ourselves. While driving around looking for a space, it honestly felt like we were still at work — there were so many people in hi-vis clothing, and the car parks seemed to be full of workers' vehicles. After finally finding a car park, it was around a five-minute walk back to our room. Normally, five minutes isn't far, but when you're dragging all your luggage and bags, it was extremely inconvenient. Then we arrived at our room and discovered there was very little privacy. To make matters worse, there were workers actually working in the garden right outside our porch! 😂 We couldn't even sit outside and enjoy the porch without having workers right there. The room itself was comfortable enough, but it was very dated and felt more like an old motel than a resort. If you're looking for a nice resort where you can relax, enjoy some privacy and feel like you've actually escaped for a break, unfortunately, this isn't the place. Maybe consider it if there's absolutely nothing else available, but in our opinion, it's way overpriced for what you get. Overall, a very disappointing experience and a big let-down.

We recently stayed at the RACV Noosa Resort for our first family holiday with our 2 young kids and absolutely loved it! The facilities are amazing for families — the tennis courts, pool, splash park and free arcade games kept the kids entertained the entire stay. The courtesy bus that runs every half hour into Hastings Street from 8am–6pm was such a bonus too, especially during peak times when parking down there is terrible. We had some fantastic meals and cocktails at Dazza’s, and the buffet breakfast each morning was excellent. The staff were all fabulous, friendly and always happy for a chat, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. We did have a roof leak on our first night, but the staff were so accommodating and moved us the next day into an even bigger apartment — which turned out to be a bonus because it had a rooftop spa! The kitchen facilities in the apartments are fantastic and having laundry facilities as well made travelling with young kids so much easier. Overall, such a wonderful family-friendly resort and we’re already hoping to make this an annual family holiday tradition!

Nothing better than RACV noosa resort!!!!! When you're paying premium price you expect top quality service, nice clean and up to date rooms and that's exactly what you get. We are never disappointed. That's why we keep coming back. Kids love it every time! We want to try stay somewhere new in Noosa but we are too scared that we won't get the same experience elsewhere lol.
