Had a fantastic experience at Ridgemill Estate. The staff were super friendly, approachable, and kept cracking jokes throughout the tasting, which made the whole atmosphere feel relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. Even as people who aren’t wine experts, we felt very comfortable and never intimidated. The experience felt fun and personal rather than overly formal. The winery itself also has a beautiful, peaceful setting that made it easy to sit back and enjoy the visit. Definitely one of the most welcoming winery experiences we had in Stanthorpe and a place we’d happily recommend to others!
Ridgemill is a real gem in Stanthorpe. We have stayed at Ridgemill 4 times now, but this time round we had the pleasure of meeting Byron, who stepped us through the wine tasting. Byron was welcoming, knowledgeable and his enthusiasm was highly infectious. A personality like his is a rare commodity and Ridgemill are lucky to have him.
This review is on the behalf of my parents who stayed at Ridgemill Estate for Valentine's Weekend. They said that it was a beautiful stay despite the rain, the cabins was just beautiful with everything you need a bed, bathroom, kitchenette with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, teas, coffees, bread and pretty much everything you need. On check in they were greeted with wonderful smiles and professional service, the room was clean and welcoming it came with a complementary wine and juice. They loved the views and although the cabins look close to each other online they're still far enough away to enjoy privacy and serenity. With the rain ongoing over the weekend they were happy to see a undercover carport right beside the cabin. The room looked to be built for disabilities which they thought was quite wonderful and helpful for them as they are older people. Overall they had the best time away and they thank Ridgewell Estate Team for their hospitality.
Fantastic weekend at Ridgemill. Wine tasting and food Friday evening very good. Saturday night a feast of great food and excellent wines. Cabin really good too. Best weekend away we've had for ages Thank you to everyone who made our weekend outstanding.
Not far out of Stanthorpe, called in to just buy some wine. Ended up doing a Red Wine 🍷 tasting and bought some delicious wines that are all specialties to the Estate. Very clean and Tidy. Will definitely be back again.
