We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rhapsody Resort and honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly! 🌟 We booked through Air NZ with an affordable deal, out of peak season. (3rd to 10th of May) The location is perfect right across from the beach with stunning ocean views and the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony. The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the balcony was such a nice place to relax after a day out. Handy Aircon, very clean, not loud with traffic/ocean noise once your windows/doors are closed. The staff were all fantastic: friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the facilities the underground parking was so convenient, the pool and spa were great, and the rooftop area is incredible with breathtaking views over Surfers Paradise and the coastline. There’s also a lovely café downstairs which made mornings even better! The only small downside was the building works next door, but that’s obviously not the resort’s fault and it definitely didn’t ruin our stay. Overall, an awesome experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Rhapsody Resort to anyone visiting the Gold Coast! ☀️🌊

Friendly staff but I was informed 24 hours after checkout that the TV in my room was damaged and wil be charged 770$ for a small older looking tv (less than 20 inch) which I did not use. I had a 55 inch 4K smart tv delivered to my rural property for less…. Was also given just 2 towels for a 3 night stay for 2 adults. paid for a beach view apartment which was mostly blocked by other buildings and a construction site. I rarely leave negative feedback but this was worthy.

Excellent value for money. The location is fantastic, and the views were absolutely stunning. Customer service was friendly, efficient, and responsive throughout our stay. The added benefit of free parking made the experience even better and added great value to our trip. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting the Gold Coast. Highly recommended.

Good location, right next to the tram, easy 15 mins walk down to Surfers Paradise. The staffs were all very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my 5 nights stay there, pretty good view on 25/F even for a studio room. The room was quiet, nice and spacious. The cleanliness could be improved though: the washing machine door plastic ring has pretty bad mold (told the staff and they immediately came solve it), the dryer has so much uncleaned dust, the air conditioner has a smell and so much dust piled up, the curtains could need a wash. Would be nice to have a stronger shower head too 🚿

Very disappointing and stressful experience!!! During my stay I used the apartment washing machine to wash one small blanket provided by the hotel. During the cycle the machine shook heavily and moved slightly, which caused a small chip on the floor tile. When staff came to check, they removed the blanket themselves and confirmed there was only one blanket inside. At that time they clearly told me no compensation was required. However, the next day the manager claimed I overloaded the machine and demanded $1000, which was later increased to $1500. When I asked for a repair quotation or proof of cost, nothing was provided to me at that time. I also suggested testing the same blanket in another machine to check whether the machine itself had a problem, but this was refused. During the discussion they repeatedly asked me to immediately agree to compensation. When I requested to move to another room, they delayed the arrangement and insisted that I deal with this issue first. As a female traveller with limited English, I tried my best to communicate and even asked a local friend to help translate by phone, but the manager refused to speak with anyone. Later, while we were still trying to resolve the issue through the booking platform, the hotel automatically deducted charges from my bank card. My bank notification also showed an additional $477 charge and total cost $2000,but I was never clearly informed what this extra charge was for. In addition, during my stay cigarette butts kept falling onto my balcony from the floor above. I took photos and reported this, but the manager said there was no such problem and nothing was done. Overall the situation was handled in a very unfair and unprofessional way, and it made what should have been a normal stay a very stressful experience.
