My wife and I climbed the Story Bridge under the direction of our excellent guide whose name is Louise. This is really a treat of an activity. Louise assisted and directed our gearing up for the climb. Despite looking like a risky outing an adult who follows instructions should have a great outing. Safety appears to be the number one priority for this tour company. Besides providing hats and eyeglasses straps they also use lockers to secure phones, watches, purses and backpacks before climbing the bridge. Sobriety is evaluated so perhaps avoid & minimize using adult beverages until after the group activities. If you would like a brief walk afterwards I’d suggest using the western side of the bridge to walk to Kangaroo Island. Then you can use the pedestrian bridge to cross the River a second time. Possibly even making a stop at the Botanical Garden.

Our guide Kirsten was enthusiastic and informative. Had to listen carefully as Felons and the traffic was bustling. All went smoothly, the climb was very doable when tackled in short spurts. Everything is provided to equip you safely including bits to attach glasses and caps to your overalls! I could have saved my money on the glasses cord I bought specially! Spectacular views, the twilight turned it on… and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Parked near the Story Bridge hotel, took the ferry across and walked back over for a drink after the climb…perfect circuit!

10/10 experience. I could not explain how amazing the twilight story bridge climb was yesterday. The team on the ground were great and also the crew that came up with us. I must say the views were breathtaking 🤩 To have climbed 1 of the 3 climbable bridges in the world is definitely a tick on my adventures. The evening sky was crystal clear. I'm going back to Kenya with a heart full of gratitude 🧡

We did the Twilight Adventure Climb yesterday through SBAC Group and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was well organised, professional, and so much fun. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable adventure. A very special mention to our group leader, Louise, she was incredibly energetic, passionate, and supportive throughout the climb. Our little girl was feeling a bit anxious before we started, but Louise’s encouraging pep talk truly motivated and reassured her. It made such a difference to her confidence and overall experience. Once we reached the top, Louise shared so many fun and interesting facts about the bridge and surrounding attractions, which we really appreciated. It added an educational and engaging touch to the whole adventure. Thank you, Louise and the SBAC team, for making this such a special and memorable experience — especially as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. It was a night we’ll always remember!

The Story Bridge Adventure Climb in Brisbane is a really enjoyable experience and well worth doing, especially if you’re looking for something a bit different. The guides are friendly and professional, making sure everyone feels safe and comfortable throughout the climb. They also share interesting insights about Brisbane and the bridge, which adds a nice touch to the experience. The views from the top are definitely the highlight—beautiful panoramic scenes of the city, river, and surrounding areas. It’s a great opportunity for photos and a unique way to see Brisbane from above. The only reason it falls just short of 5 stars is that it can feel a bit pricey for the duration, and at times the pace is slightly slow due to group sizes. That said, the overall experience is still very well run and memorable. Overall, a great activity for both visitors and locals who want a mix of adventure and sightseeing.
