We had the one bedroom ocean view apartment. Beautiful beach views down south along the coast but also wonderful views over the canals and city lights. Room itself was modern, clean and neat. A rug under the coffee table would have given it a little more warmth. Otherwise we loved our stay. A good gym, steam room and sauna all of which we used. Fantastic location and easy parking on the premises. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a fantastic eight-night stay at ULTIQA Signature at Broadbeach in July 2026. We booked three rooms: two, two-bedroom apartments, including an accessible apartment for my father, which suited him perfectly as a wheelchair user, and a separate one-bedroom apartment. The facilities were excellent. The well-equipped gym, including a Pilates reformer, was a real bonus, while the spa, sauna and large heated lap pool were enjoyed by everyone. The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance of Kurrawa Surf Club and the Broadbeach shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend ULTIQA Signature to other families.

Location was awesome - couldn't fault it being right in the heart of Broadbeach. Quite expensive for what it was compared to other apartments we have stayed in before. The room wasn't overly clean and rooms don't get serviced while you stay for 5 nights (like a lot of other places in Broadbeach). Can't fault the location and the view we had over the water but won't be returning.

Nice and good location, but a few improvements would really aid the experience. For a stay over one night I would expect the rooms to be better stocked, needed to ask for top ups of basics like toilet paper and garbage bags. Needed to buy dishwasher tablets. Reception was not always attended even during operating hours. Paid for two bedrooms but 2nd room was locked. Ocean view was partial at best. Good location and easy walk to many restaurants and shops.

My cousin and I were celebrating our birthdays by flying to the Gold Coast and staying at this beautiful hotel. We arrived at our apartment to find a birthday greeting and a complimentary bottle of De Bortoli red wine. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuites, 2 separate TV rooms each with a comfortable couch as and 2 Large TVs. A lovely self contained kitchen . A balcony with a table and 4 chairs. Ideal for a family or 2x couples. A beautiful, clean and comfortable space. The location, 500metre from the beach and walking distance to Pacific Fair shopping centre. Also, around 4 blocks from Oasis shopping centre which has a cafe called Elk that has the best coffee equal to some of the best in Melbourne. . The staff were friendly and engaging Thank you making our birthday celebrations a wonderful experience. We will be back.
