For years sat a dormant, broken down, old Queenslander home, relocated to the Gold Coast in the 70's from Redcliffe.

This 70 year old home was one of the only original homes left and it yearned for some loving. Past the overgrown landscapes and the broken facades, they saw a setting that could bring people together. Turning that broken down home into Paddock Bakery, not only for customers who are passionate about a great coffee and a mouthwatering doughnut, but for themselves and their family, proving that you can follow your dreams and wake up everyday to do something you truly love.
