Pilot Beach

Around 30 minutes south of Port Macquarie is this calm beach at the mouth of the beautiful Camden Haven River. Pilot Beach is situated between the two break walls, keeping it protected from large seas most of the time. It is the ideal beach for families with young children.

It can be accessed off Camden Head Road, Camden Head. Try the Flowerbowl Circuit Walk at Kattang Nature Reserve while in the area. This beach is not patrolled by life guards.
