The site is on the river but not in a flood zone. You can see where we live, but the 177 acres are yours to explore. You will need to be self-contained for water and sewage. River access from this site is currently being organized, but you are welcome to use the entrance farther down on the farm. It’s easy to carry canoes, paddleboards, and other gear from there.
