Amazing experience at Sauna Float ACT! Tried the infrared sauna, traditional sauna, and salt float. The infrared sauna was gentle and deeply relaxing. Traditional sauna gave a great detox. The salt float was my favorite - floating weightlessly was incredibly peaceful and stress-melting. Facilities are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge!

45 minutes in the infrared sauna followed by 30 minutes in the float tank was pure bliss. The deep heat melted away all tension, and the float session left me feeling weightless, calm, and completely reset. An incredible mind-body experience—highly recommend! Yanping was very helpful and the customer service was immaculate she helped us with every step of the way checking in and making sure we were satisfied with everything, Will be visiting again and again for sure 😁

Very nice and super clean. More importantly, after spending time in the infra-red sauna and magnesium spa there. I went into the deep and a non-interruptive night sleep for 9 continuous hours . First time I managed to sleep more than 6 HRS in the last 20 years ! Thank you Tui Allison

Sauna Float genuinely elevated my time in Canberra and made my time in the city more enjoyable. The space is calm, clean and thoughtfully set up, and the sauna and float were fantastic for switching off and resetting. The team were welcoming and professional, and the whole experience felt seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want a genuinely restorative break while you’re in Canberra.

Loved it, you are greeted by staff at front lobby and that in itself is amazing and relaxing! You are taken to your shower, float and Sauna room the facility is modern, clean and comfortable! Enjoy either sauna and float during your time and relax! Great experience and you can book with your partner and enjoy together.. how rad!
