Very knowledgeable and friendly team. I needed the RFDS 12 weeks ago so it was good to give back a bit to them
Not worth the price of entry for what you get. Don't take your family if considering. It was a waste of money for the value. Visit another Flying Doctors display. Hopefully they are better than this one. It was a disappointing display for pay. Spend your hard earned on another local attraction. Not a reflection on staffing. They were pleasant and helpful on arrival.
Not a huge place but they have displays of models of planes used and displays of equipment as well as a history of the service and a short but informative 3d cinema display and vr headsets. A excellent shop with huge array of stock. Went away knowing id helped to keep a vital service going for another day.
Good activity while in town and its cool to go in the plane and have a look. We were there for approx an hour total, so you don't need to allocate a huge amount of time. Cafe was shut the day we went but they have a large gift shop, good parking out the back. Staff all friendly and helpful.
If you are in Alice Springs, this is a must see place. It is both living and current history. The founding of this great organization is one of inspiration and perseverance.
