Riverstone Swimming Centre

The pool is so dirty, I’m in the midday, hot summer season where ppl will come to enjoy but Renee are leaves among the lanes not only that there are plastic bags floating in the water. On the positive side there were 3 lifeguards who were sitting in the bench and just chit chatting. They should have done the safety inspection dirtying the day but they are too busy talking and gossiping. This is the second time in the month where the pool is so dirty and the team members just busy taking over the benchtop on the porch where there station is. I went to them asking for cleaning the leaves as the whole pool got leaves on both sides and my son got it in the eyes and is is hard to swin with those amount of leaves and someone can choke as well. But the lady came and clean 1-2 sides and ask my some to swim on other lane and handed the cleaning stuffs to other lady and left. Some where. It would be great if the task was delegated and the other lady continues to dj the work. Nah. Let me sit inside under the roof and watch what??? I Dunnkw. We pay for the amenities and how hard it is to dkbtje work. I know everyone is doing their work but when it is open at least do the safety check and clean the lanes not just sit on bench and talk. Plz check the photos of leaves over the pool and guess how one will swim. The whole lane on both ended are filthy with leaves and plastic floating on surface of water. Putting too many team member doesn’t work, they need to do throb as well. If they think it too hot to be in the sun and sit on shade gossiping , I might ask the centre manger and the council to look upon. If they clean it before the pool open and do the regular check and cleans in time it will be clean. I was frustrated because I request them ti clean and they just do half work. What to say more about it Riverstonepool. Just everyone plz check the pool b4 jump in.
