Have an awesome day with family and friends at Adventure World! It is Perth's only theme/water park, set in beautifully landscaped botanical gardens and lawns with over 25 rides and attractions to enjoy, including the new, exhilarating ride - Return of Bounty's Revenge II. The Goliath; a giant pendulum swing ride. The heart thumping, adrenaline pumping roller-coaster Abyss and Kraken; the longest, tallest and steepest funnel water slide on the planet. Plus, the enchanting Dragon's Kingdom for younger adventurers to name just a few.
Adventure World is only 25 minutes from Perth and just 15 minutes from Fremantle by car. The park is also easily accessible via public transport. Plus, children under 4 years old enter for free!
Open from September to April every year, a visit this summer should be on everyone's list of things to do in Perth.
Definitely worthwhile to come visit on a Monday! There's almost no queue for any of the rides. It's more of a water park than a theme park but there's good enough dry rides to make it fun but kids has the most fun with the water rides! Tip they allow you to bring drinks and food in and there's ample seating and outdoor areas. There's free parking at two areas of the park. The park opens at 10am and closes at 5pm. You can also buy the tickets online for a cheaper price or just pay on the spot at the ticket entrance.
It's a really cool amusement park, but unfortunately, it was too crowded, resulting in incredibly long queues. We couldn't even do all the rides we wanted in one day; there's no indication of wait times, you can waiting to an hour for a 15 second ride... the management isn't great. On the plus side : lockers are available for the day ($13 for a medium one), and you can open and close them as many times as you like. The food isn't overpriced and the portions are generous, and the rides are cool. It left us wanting more...
Amazing family day out! Can't say enough about the amazing staff members. From the lovely lad checking our tickets at the front gate to the bubbly gal making coffee to the kind young man letting us on the ride, all such genuine and caring young people. We will absolutely be back.
Fantastic family day out. Very reasonably priced given the amount on offer. I was most impressed by the amazing staff who all seemed extremely friendly and approachable. The only thing I would love to see changed would be if they stopped the morally bankrupt option of fast passes. Highlighting to children that you are considered a second class citizen if you don't have as much money is disgraceful. I understand that, from a business perspective the demand is there but that doesn't mean it's the right thing to do.
Great family day out! Plenty to do. Lots of shade to set up a small camp. Been twice and I find most rides your waiting between 10 to 20mins which isn't too bad! PRE BOOK YOUR TICKETS you'll save a few bucks! Thank me later!!
