Birchy's Fishing Tours

Birchy's Fishing Tours offers visitors the opportunity to experience the ancient landscapes and untamed wilderness of Balanggarra Country in the remote East Kimberley.

Led by a Balanggarra Traditional Owner, day fishing tours take guests onto pristine waterways in pursuit of barramundi. A range of fishing and hunting tours, overnight tours under the stars, and multi-day tagalong tours travel deeper into Balanggarra Country, including a remote journey along the Oombi (Carson River) Track. Along the way, guests fish, hunt, explore ancient rock art sites and swim in gorges and waterfalls. Evenings are spent sharing freshly caught and cooked meals around the campfire beneath some of the darkest, most star-filled skies on earth.
