Birchy's Full Day Fishing Tour departs Kununurra or Home Valley Station between 6am and 2pm, taking guests fishing on the Pentecost River within Balanggarra Country in the remote East Kimberley. Led by a Balanggarra Traditional Owner, the tour offers the chance to fish for barramundi in pristine Kimberley waterways while learning the cultural significance of the river and the surrounding landscape. Transport, water and fishing gear, including hand lines, are provided. Guests gain a genuine connection to Country and a true taste of traditional Balanggarra fishing practices, set against the backdrop of one of the most spectacular landscapes in Australia.
