Dwellingup Adventure Trails

Dwellingup Adventure Trails is a world-class network of trails winding through beautiful forests and the stunning Murray River Valley. Bringing together over 300 kilometres of mountain biking, hiking, paddling, driving and multi-use trails, weaving through forest, river valleys and Australian bushland, Dwellingup is a must-do destination for adventure close to Perth.

Mountain biking is a highlight, with 108km of purpose-built trails spanning from Marrinup State Forest, Dwellingup town centre and Lane Poole Reserve, with the iconic Munda Biddi Trail forming its spine. Explore three purpose-built networks – Dwellingup, Murray Valley, and Toms Crossing – with colour-coded trails from beginner white and green loops to steep, technical black descents. Adaptive-friendly options ensure there is a trail for every rider.

Off the bike, enjoy hiking and bushwalking trails, paddle routes along the Murray River, 4WD tracks, and horse-riding trails. Wildlife spotting includes the network icon, the karrak, or red-tailed black cockatoo, easily recognised by its striking red tail feathers and loud 'karraaaaak' calls.

As one of Western Australia's only accredited Trails Towns, Dwellingup is a hub for trail-based adventure, offering everything you need to enjoy your visit. Facilities include a skate park, pump track, toilets and showers, laundromat, secure lockers, bike wash stations, tool trees and plenty of bike racks.
