Step into the forests of the Margaret River Region and experience the landscape in a slower, more intentional way with Mindful in Nature. This guided Forest Bathing experience invites you to slow down, engage your senses and reconnect with the natural world. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku and grounded in ecopsychology, mindfulness and nature connection, the experience combines gentle walking with guided sensory invitations, periods of stillness and time to simply be in nature. Unlike a traditional guided walk, there is no destination to reach and no need to cover a particular distance. The pace is slow and unhurried, creating space to notice the sounds, textures, scents and changing details of the forest that can easily be missed. Your experienced guide gently facilitates the journey, with opportunities for quiet reflection and connection along the way. The experience concludes with a shared tea in the forest. Forest Bathing experiences are held on selected dates throughout the year in the Margaret River Region and are suitable for visitors looking for a restorative and meaningful way to experience the South West's natural environment. Private experiences can also be arranged for couples, small groups, retreats and special occasions.
