Perth’s Outback Splash is one of WA’s top outdoor entertainment destinations. Open from September to April, the family fun park is located just over 30 minutes from the Perth CBD.
At the heart of the fun is the park’s first water attraction, the Splash Island waterslide playground. Its island theme rises three storeys high, crowned with a giant tipping bucket that showers delight. It's especially a hit amongst primary school-aged children. The playground features five waterslides - some perfect for the little ones and others that challenge the more adventurous, ensuring hours of enjoyment.
For the youngest, Octopus Bay is a haven. This shaded 35-meter splash pool is their very own water paradise, equipped with a three-slide giant octopus and a miniature tipping bucket.
Thrill-seekers are well taken care of! Experience The Wall, an imposing quarter-pipe raft slide, the mysterious Blackout slide, the radiant Goldrush, and for peak adrenaline, The Wedgie - WA’s fastest body slide.
If a serene experience is on the agenda, The Lagoon pool promises resort-style luxury.
Beyond water adventures, lose yourself in intricate mazes and putt around the mini-golf course. Bring your own picnic or head to the Burger Bar and Snack Shack for mouth-watering treats and locally roasted coffee.
More than just a day-out destination, Perth's Outback Splash is an awesome venue for school excursions, Christmas parties, and get-togethers.
We loved it so much we've been twice this year! The wet attractions are the main event and they did not disappoint - the big slides are amazing! The smaller ones were fun but a lot slower; to the point you need to push yourself along every now and then. The dry attractions were also entertaining and enjoyable as well. The atmosphere/ vibe is great too. I particularly love all the cool music that plays throughout the whole place. Thanks for a great time Outback Splash. My family and I will definitely be back again soon!
It's a nice place to take your kids for a day's getaway, and there's ample parking. They have mega water slides (apparently some of the biggest in WA) and resort-style pools for a chill dip, a maze, and a few food and drink outlets.
Great place spent the whole day there. Used the lockers great idea. Very well organised. I would skip the pizza though picture attached The fruit cup, salami wrap and chips were great food options.
Amazing day out! We hired a picnic shade area near the slides, definitely worth it to have a shady apot to come back to when it was nearly 40 degrees today! No waiting to go through, as we had pre purchased our tickets online. Delicious ice cream at the end made the day complete. If youre not hiring a cabana or a gazebo for your day out, I'd suggest getting there early to save yourself a shady spot. Or bring your own gazebo shade with you
What an amazing day out! We took the kiddos there for a school holiday treat with there cousins last week and they all had a blast! The Kids area is amazing, lots of lifeguards on duty, a range of slides for different ages and a giant bucket to dump ice cold water on your head (didnt see that coming) Food is reasonably priced but doesnt hurt to bring some of your own snacks to help alleviate the costs. It would be a 5 star but 2 average things that could be easily remedied. 1 no hot chips at the in park snack bar? Nothing goes together better than swimming and hot chips imo and you have to leave the park to go to the external Cafe to order them. Chips at both locations would be sensational. The other thing was we booked ahead of time, planning a day out with 6 kids needs a bit of planning. It turned out to be a colder day and started raining at about 1pm. I know OBS doesn't have control of the weather but when I visited the observatory and there was cloud cover I was given a free pass to come back to enjoy what I paid for to the fullest. I think this sort of service should be offered at OBS maybe a 6-12 month limit but even 50% off entry next time would make it a much better experience. Other than that fantastic.
