Honestly I cannot recommend Jennie from British Travel Australia highly enough. We booked a trip for my sister to come over from the UK her first visit in 12 years and it’s something we’ve all been looking forward to for so long. Over the past couple of weeks, though, everything felt so uncertain with her original Qatar Airways flight from Manchester to Perth. Jennie has been incredible throughout. I’ve been in touch with her every day this past week, and she kept me constantly updated and reassured, even while the flight was still showing as going ahead. Then, with just 24 hours to go before departure, the flight was suddenly cancelled. At 10pm last night, I messaged Jennie on the emergency number listed on her website. I didn’t expect a response until the morning but within 5 minutes she called me. And within 10 minutes, she had completely reorganised everything. My sister was rebooked on a new route: Manchester to London Heathrow, then Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur, and finally on to Perth. Right now, she’s sitting at Manchester Airport waiting to board and it’s all thanks to Jennie. Her responsiveness, dedication, and genuine care made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. I am beyond grateful. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond, Jennie is amazing.
